Data we collect
When you donate, volunteer or make an enquiry, we collect only what we need — such as your name, contact details and, for 80G receipts, your PAN. We do not sell or rent your data.
How we use it
To process and acknowledge donations, issue tax receipts, respond to enquiries, and send occasional updates you have opted into. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment provider over a secure connection. We do not store your full card or bank credentials on our servers.
Donation policy
Donations support the Trust's charitable programmes. 80G tax benefit applies to eligible donations from Indian taxpayers; foreign contributions are accepted only through our designated FCRA account. Please confirm current 80G validity with the Trust.
Refunds
As a charitable trust, donations are generally non-refundable. If a genuine error occurs (for example a duplicate transaction), contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith.
